Logistics is a new science, it lives only a few decades. But the concept of key performance indicators of logistics has already been formed and most of them use them. Including to assess their work. These indicators include: - total logistic costs; - quality logistic service; - duration of logistic cycles; - performance; - return on investment in logistics infrastructure. Logistics itself can also be different, for example, transport, warehousing, information, etc. Most of the operations on the leaflet are services that can be purchased on the side or executed on their own. Based on the study in the first chapter of this work, the following main conclusions can be made:  aspects of quality management of logistics services are essential not only in the activities of the enterprise, but also in its strategic effective development in the industry market;  VECTOR LLC is a successful enterprise in the field of operations, however, the results of studying the quality of the company's logistics services revealed the need to improve it;  As the main recommendation aimed at improving the quality of logistics of VECTOR LLC, we recommend a project for the creation and implementation of an Integrated Integrated Management Information System (ARRI) based on the ARIS methodology (acronym for Architecture of Integrated Information Systems) ;  in our opinion, this proposal meets the modern requirements of the organization of an efficient logistics service of the enterprise.
